Tim House was part of the acquisition team of this small boutique Dutch hotel, having prepared initial forecasts and strategies for the new venture.
Amsterdam needed a smaller, service-led, accessible hotel and so plans were created to reinvent this well-known, but run-down hotel at the centre of the great city’s canal system. Having backed-up the initial acquisition negotiations, the creation of the new team of professionals who would effect the transformation was completed.
Following that, Tim House revised and improved the proposed floor plans and architectural designs, and created a business plan to reinvent the hotel.
