Pre-opening planning, snagging, recruitment, launch and day-to-day General Management of this classic British country house hotel. Fawsley Hall was originally the sister hotel of the Halcyon in London.
Tim House was appointed six months prior to opening, to oversee the tail end of the building and planning of this rural retreat. Having been a derelict private stately home, the transformation to a working hotel was handed over to Tim House, and it was his responsibility to ensure that every part of the infrastructure was correctly installed and fully working by the opening date.
Having appointed all his management team and staff, and trained them in the Halcyon ethos, the team opened Fawsley Hall to great acclaim and within six months it was rated amongst the top 12 hotels in the UK, as well as picking up numerous other awards and accolades.
